Well, that's really weird. Bug -Not Normal 5908
I believe it's not a bug. I would say it's probably some different setting of resolution or screen difference.
Have you tried opening the same page with another browser(like firefox, explorer)?

And, does anyone have the same problem?

Wait, i'll Try i use Google Chrome

and id use iot, because other browsers let my Computer crash
